If you already have DACA, please bring your orginal DACA application and letter of approval from USCIS.
The USCIS recommends that renewals be submitted 150-120 days before the scheduled expiration date in
order to prevent accruing unlawful status between the expired DACA and approval for renewal.

- *Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012
- Came to the United States before your 16th birthday
- Have continuously resided in the U.S. since June 15, 2007, up the the present time
- were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012
- Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012
- Are currently in school, graduated from high school, have a GED certifiate, or are an honorably dishcarged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed FOrces of the U.S.
- Have not been convicted of a felony or significant misdemeanor. *
